This seasonal position will be based out of Yahk from October until approximately April 2027.Operators must have the ability to work on call shifts 24/7, including graveyard shifts. They will be responsible for operating & driving sanding, plowing,



and salting trucks during snow events.The successful candidates shall have the following qualifications:Class 1 or 3 driver's license with Air Brake Endorsement and a clean driver's abstractAbility to drive a tandem truck and trailer and operate a loaderWilling to work in extreme weather conditionsPrevious experience in construction and/or highway maintenance is an assetMechanical skills and ability to learn quicklyMust be a team player with a positive attitudeStrong communications and interpersonal skillsSafety inclinedJob duties include the following:Operating and driving trucks to haul materialSanding, plowing snow, and salting highways/roads during snow eventsClearing of litter, debris, and roadkillMainroad Group is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
