In this position, reporting to the Supervisor of Billing Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer bills are error-free and dispatched on time. Utilizing your knowledge of utility billing, you will address exceptions, update key account information, and support internal stakeholders in the billing workflow.

Key Responsibilities:



• Follow processes to resolve billing exceptions efficiently • Accurately update customer and site data in the system • Create and validate rate schedules for services • Manage manual billing tasks for complex situations • Analyze and resolve historical consumption billing issues

Requirements: • University Undergraduate Degree or comparable Diploma • At least 2 years' experience in billing roles • Knowledge of Oracle CCS or Customer Care & Billing • Familiarity with utility regulations in Alberta • Strong analytical skills and independent work ethic
