Help scope facility modifications and assist with commissioning and start‑up. Utilize the Management of Change processRisk and Safety Management: Participate in HAZOPs, incident investigations, and risk assessment and management activities. Learn and apply systematic problem‑solving techniquesSupport Major Plant Events: Assist with major plant events such as turnarounds, plant trials, and unit start‑ups and shutdownsProcess Surveillance Role:Manufacturing Workflows Execution: Execute manufacturing workflows to measure mass balance, capacity utilisation, energy performance, and catalyst & chemical utilisationFleet Monitoring and Benchmarking: Analyze unit performance versus unit best, other EM units, and external benchmarking. Collaborate with peers, site Manufacturing Engineers, and Technology specialists to identify opportunities to sustain and improve safety, reliability, and profitability, then define and execute plans to closeAdvanced Analytics and Productivity Tools: Pilot the use of advanced analytics and incubate the rollout of work productivity tools to improve overall work process efficiencyWork Term:4, 8, 12 or 16 monthsLocation:Sarnia,



ONThe expected annual salary range for this position is $70,680.00 - $82,320.00.
