About The Clinic The clinic provides same-day care within 12-24 hours for patients who require urgent medical attention but do not need emergency department services.

The centre also supports attachment to a family physician through the Island Health provincial attachment system.

Remuneration UPCC Service Contract-attractive compensation package with service contract positions in the urgent primary care clinic

Payment will now be at contract base rate of $198.48 per hour

Additional $25 per hour will be applied to direct patient care hours for evenings (18:00 and later) and weekends/holidays

Overhead No overhead payments are required
