The Renewals team protects and grows 1Password's recurring revenue by helping customers realize ongoing value and make confident decisions about their subscriptions. As Senior Manager, Renewals, you'll lead the global renewals function, owning the operating model, team performance, and renewal outcomes that support retention and expansion. You’ll lead renewal managers across regions, establish the standards and systems that make the renewal motion predictable, and partner with senior leaders across Go To Market (GTM) to resolve risk and capture growth opportunities. This role reports to the Senior Director, Customer Success. How we’re using AI today Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI.
