Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.Position SummaryTheGroup Sales Account Executiveis responsible for achieving monthly and/or yearly revenue targets for AHL Group ticket packages and will participate in sales campaigns for other ticketing products as necessary, including season memberships, partial memberships, and game day sales. The Group Sales Account Executive will service these accounts and contribute to building the strategy for the group sales team. This role will include outbound and inbound sales execution to maximize revenue associated with all products and will include outbound sales efforts to local companies, community groups, sports associations, and individuals.This role pays an annual salary of $50,000-$65,000 CAD and is bonus eligible.Benefits for Full-Time rolesHealth, Dental and Vision Insurance, Pension matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and statutory holidays).This position will remain open until July 3, 2026.About The VenueTheTD Coliseum, a modern venue rooted in the proud history of Hamilton. high-impact environments.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed established monthly and/or yearly goals for AHL Group sales as well as service these accounts up to and including game day execution.Contribute to the sales efforts for other ticketing products including membership, partial membership, and individual game sales, as necessary.Use all forms of selling practices to ensure success, including but not limited to cold call prospecting, social selling, email communication, in-person meetings, and arena toursHandle inbound and outbound sales prospecting from all customer groups – new and former customers, corporations, community groups, as well as sports associations for all ticket products.Participate in outside networking events to gain additional business & develop relationships with new customers.Establish qualified relationships in order to create repeat business, referrals, and superior customer service.Maintain complete and accurate records for customers.Track and manage weekly sales leads and activities, and overall sales through the use of CRM-Salesforce.Be available to work home games to assist ticket sales promotional programs, as necessary.Handle special projects related to the department as assigned.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Collaborate across all departments, including but not limited to premium sales, marketing, building operations, security,



and food & beverage to ensure alignment of program execution.Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through creative means, e.G., networking events, one-on-one dinners/lunches, prospect sampling and seat visits at events.Enter all pertinent prospect and customer information in CRM platform for efficient reporting and historical data purposes.Maximize relationships with clients to identify new revenue opportunities.Collaborate with Premium sales and service teams to generate new sales leads.Design, present and execute proposals to prospective clients and referrals.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of related education and work experience.2-3+ years of sales/service or related experience preferred.Highly organized with project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.Professional demeanor and positive attitude with a demonstrated passion for working with people.Competitive, self-motivated, and creative-thinking skills with a team-first attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in MS Office with Salesforce or similar CRM experience - Ticketmaster platform experience preferredAbility to work independently and within a team environmentAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Strengthened by our Differences.
