Duties include corrective maintenance on BAS‑Monitor/Operate/Maintain, replacing pullies, performing preventative maintenance, and more. The Building Maintenance Worker may fill in for certified trades and follows operational, equipment, tools, and safety codes, standards, and procedures. Travel to other sites may be required. The incumbent will complete employer‑requested upgrades and/or educational training as required.About YouHigh school diploma or equivalentJourneyperson in a recognized trade (consideration may also be given to 3rd class Power Engineers or higher)Able to crack fill, paint, and build things (i.E., build shelving, small carpentry projects, use basic carpentry hand tools and power tools), fix small electrical issues, unplug a sink, take a drain apart,
