Spring Living Retirement Communities is seeking a Financial Analyst to become the dedicated finance partner for a portfolio of 4 to 5 retirement communities.



Reporting to the Manager, Operations Finance, this role works directly with Executive Directors and operational leaders to support the financial health and performance of each home. This is more than a traditional accounting role. The Financial Analyst owns the full accounting cycle for assigned communities, prepares monthly financial statements from start to finish, analyzes operating results, explains key variances, and helps leaders make informed decisions. The successful candidate will bring strong accounting discipline, curiosity, and a practical business-partner mindset to a cooperative and growing finance team. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Reporting & Month-End Close Own the full month-end close process for a portfolio of 4 to 5 retirement communities, ensuring reporting is complete, accurate and delivered on time.
