Duties and Responsibilities Accountable to ensure that all activities in the department are being performed in an efficient and effective manner within the guidelines of the Collective Agreement, Company policies and procedures, and legislative requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Minimum 3– 5 years of progressive leadership of a team Must be a self-starter with the ability to plan, organize and carry out multiple project assignments at once.
