Job Description PentaCast is looking for a reliable and organized

PentaCast is looking for a reliable and organized Shipper / Receiver / Labourer. This position is a mix of shipping, receiving, inventory, computer work, and general labour.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials and inspect them for quantity, quality, and condition

Prepare and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time

Review packing slips, purchase orders, and customer orders to ensure information is correct

Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure parts meet customer requirements

Ensure the correct parts and quantities are being shipped

Follow work instructions and operational procedures

Enter and update information using computer systems

Complete regular inventory counts and maintains accurate inventory records

Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials





Organize and maintain the shipping, receiving, and storage areas

Assist with general labour duties throughout the facility as required

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Qualifications

Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labour experience is an asset

Comfortable using a computer and entering information accurately

Able to read and understand packing slips, purchase orders, and work instructions

Strong attention to detail and ability to check parts against customer orders

Positive organizational and time-management skills

Reliable and able to work independently

Comfortable performing physical labour and moving materials as required

Manufacturing or foundry experience is an asset

Compensation And Benefits Wage range will be discussed with the employer during the interview phase.
