North Wellington Health Care in Palmerston is seeking a permanent full-time Patient Care Manager to lead operations of Inpatient, Emergency and Surgical programs at Palmerston and District Hospital. Reporting to the VP Quality, Clinical Services & CNE, you will oversee patient care, HR, equipment, finances and overall management, while driving continuous quality improvement and LEAN initiatives in healthcare.
