This full‑time opportunity includes an apartment benefit, health benefits, and training.Physical Duties DailyCheck life safety systems, complete fire log bookInspect boiler and electrical rooms and supply inventoryInspect parking levels and exterior groundsInspect floors and grounds and list deficienciesClean, mop, and clear debris from refuse chuteClean all elevator landings, lobby, back lobby/moving room, laundry room, parking level entrances, elevators, equipmentExterior clean upComplete snow logs in the winter seasonChange garbage bins in the compactor roomClean vacant suitesComplete maintenance in vacant suitesReview and complete requests for repairsAdministrative Duties DailyCollect and process rental paymentsTake cheques to the bankCo‑ordinate and schedule trades, suppliers,
