The

Production Supervisor

has responsibility for managing the operations, production floor, quality, and health & safety while maximizing profit and efficiency for the facility.

Key Duties:

Manage all operations, production, quality, and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of product to customers.

Ensure that company culture of respect, empowerment, excellence is promoted and adhered to

Manages scheduling and walks the floor and keep current on the status of all functions.

Taking corrective action to streamline and improve current processes.

Gain a strong understanding of the production process flow for product lines.

Troubleshoot production and maintenance issues and enact contingency plans as needed.

Work with the management team to implement process improvements in all departments.





Reporting daily/weekly metrics of production and shipments along with reason for variances.

Other duties as assigned.

Abilities / Background

10+ years of experience in a production and assembly environment with at least 5+ years of production management experience with multiple departments.

Experience setting up new lines or departments strongly desired

Strong leadership, vision, organizational and communication abilities as well as technical and mechanical background

Robust attention to planning and detail.
