You’ll coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignments, scheduling, and replacements You’ll manage maintenance and repair activities using fleet management systems, ensuring compliance and timely servicing You’ll act as the primary point of contact for staff regarding vehicle usage, issues, and incident reporting You’ll track and maintain accurate records for insurance, registration, and maintenance documentation You’ll liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve fleet-related issues efficiently Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or transportation support Experience with fleet management systems such as Holman, Fleetio, or similar platforms Strong administrative and coordination skills, with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to issues in a timely manner
