What you'll do

Assess patient functional abilities.

Develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide occupational therapy interventions.

Support discharge planning.

Participate in quality improvement activities.

What we're looking for





Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current registration with the relevant provincial regulatory body.

Clinical occupational therapy experience.

Strong assessment skills.

Knowledge of rehabilitation practices.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.

Strong clinical documentation skills.
