Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP HCM Time Management configuration experience.
Experience configuring: Time Evaluation, Work Schedules, Leave and Absence Management, Holiday Calendars, Overtime Rules, Attendance and Time Recording Processes Experience integrating SAP Time Management with Payroll and other HR modules.
Robust understanding of HR and workforce management processes.
Experience supporting SAP HR Support Pack upgrades and system testing.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced consulting workplace.
