Key Responsibilities:
Install and manage deployment platforms for Epic applications
Monitor and manage security for the healthcare network




Respond to urgent issues in production environments
Participate in change control and capacity planning
Support end user training on Citrix and Epic technologies

Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or recognized IT diploma
At least five years in IT Infrastructure roles
Expertise in Windows server and virtualization platforms
Robust knowledge of networking protocols and functionality
Willingness to obtain Epic certification and training
