Our Mississauga-based company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual with experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day movement, tracking, and organization of materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining organized systems and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities




Load and unload pallets from trailers using a pump truck safely and efficiently
Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders
Complete all required Shipping & Receiving documentation accurately, including Commercial Invoices
Enter and update correct inventory quantities in the master inventory system/forms
Distribute materials, products, and supplies to team members based on approved work orders
Review, count, and maintain accurate records of finished goods and sub-components
Assist with regular cycle counts and full inventory audits
Organize and maintain a clean, protected, and productive receiving and storage area
Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the appropriate department
Label, store, and track inventory in designated locations
Support shipping activities as needed, including preparing shipments and packaging

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
