Role: EUC Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Toronto, ON(4 Days Onsite)
Type: Contract

Rate: CAD30/hr - CAD40/hr

Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant with 5+ years of experience
Strong infrastructure background with broad technical expertise across Windows Server, networking, and database settings
Hands-on experience with infrastructure integrations, incident management, and troubleshooting in collaboration with ITS teams
Proficiency in: Operating Systems: Windows Server, IIS
Networking & Security: DNS, firewall requests, load balancers, certificates, subnets, IP management, network security groups
Databases: SQL Server (support, backups, query troubleshooting)
Identity & Access Management: Active Directory, Single Sign-On (Ping Federate)
Experience with enterprise tools such as Service Now, Jira, and Confluence for ticketing, tracking, and documentation




Robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for complex technical issues
Proactive, self-sufficient, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Team-oriented team player with the ability to contribute to shared goals while driving work independently
Familiarity with Cloud PaaS services such as VMC2, AWS, Azure, GCP.
Experience using IaC (Infrastructure-as-Code) tools such as Terraform, ARM.
Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), managing public key and private key certificates in Cloud setting for PaaS services and applications.
Strong fundamental knowledge of Operating Systems (RHEL, Ubuntu).
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.
