Establish quality vision, policies, and corporate roadmap
Lead and coach Quality Managers across sites
Manage site-specific quality operations in Beloeil
Set KPIs and oversee compliance with aerospace standards
Direct internal and external audit processes Requirements:
10+ years of aerospace quality experience
A degree in Engineering or related fields
Mastery of ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100
Knowledge of aviation MRO processes
