Lead warehouse operations in Scarborough as a Warehouse Team Lead. Oversee activities, train staff, and ensure operational targets are met in this full time, permanent role. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate and direct warehouse activities while reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

You'll work afternoon shifts after a 6-week training period. Essential skills include proficiency in RF scanning, inventory control, and MS Excel, along with a valid Raymond Reach/Cherry Picker certification. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and prioritize daily tasks of warehouse employees
Communicate operational issues to Warehouse Management
Train recent employees to foster effective warehouse practices
Operate Raymond Reach/Cherry Picker as needed
Implement continuous improvement strategies in operations Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in a Supervisory/Lead position
6+ years experience with RF scanners
Valid Raymond Reach/Cherry Picker license
Comfortable with WMS applications
