Job Title: Precast Labourer

Location: Kingston, ON

Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour

Shifts: Rotating weekly between day shift and afternoon shift
Day Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm
Afternoon Shift: 12:00pm to 8:30pm

We are looking for reliable and physically capable Labourers to support production in a busy manufacturing workplace in Kingston. This role involves hands-on work with concrete products and is suited to someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Previous experience in concrete, construction, manufacturing, or using hand and power tools is considered an asset, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Prepare molds and forms for concrete production
Assist with pouring, stripping, patching, and finishing concrete products
Place reinforcement, inserts, and hardware as required
Perform quality checks before and after concrete pours
Mark products with required job details and specifications
Use hand and power tools safely
Assist with general production duties and plant cleanup
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE
Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements:
Previous construction, concrete, manufacturing,



or general labour experience is considered an asset
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and using tools throughout the shift
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, hot, and fast-paced plant setting
Forklift or crane experience is considered an asset, but not required
Safety boots are required
