As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be welcoming patients, managing check-ins, and ensuring they have a seamless experience throughout their visit. Your ability to perform pre-testing, coordinate care, and support clinic operations is crucial in supporting our patients' eye health journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage patients warmly at the clinic
Execute pre-testing for comprehensive eye assessments
Coordinate appointments and manage all billing inquiries
Assist with eyewear pick-up and repairs
Provide exceptional service to guarantee patient satisfaction

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail is beneficial
