Elevate your career as a National Education Specialist Co-op at Manulife John Hancock. This position focuses on enhancing member engagement through effective educational materials in a hybrid format. As part of the Group Retirement Solutions unit, your primary responsibility will be developing engaging educational content for plan members.

You will be reporting directly to the Manager of Member Education and will play a critical role in project management and inter-team collaboration. Additionally, your attention to detail will ensure high-quality outputs that meet member needs. Key Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive enrollment communication materials
Verify accuracy of member materials for usability
Track and report on project productivity




Support team collaboration for document approvals
Coordinate timing and delivery for multiple projects Requirements:
Actively pursuing a degree in communications or similar
Background in project management or relevant business fields
Robust grasp of the English language, French preferred
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
