We’re looking for our next Senior Analyst, Compliance Data & Automation. Could It Be You? The Enterprise Compliance team ensures that Questrade and its affiliates operate within the rules and regulations prescribed by the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) and other provincial and territorial securities commissions, regulators and legislators.



Enterprise Compliance is in charge of various compliance programs including the investigation of escalated client complaints and reporting to regulators. The team is modernizing how these programs are delivered through data, automation, and AI, and this role sits at the centre of that effort. The Senior Analyst, Compliance Data & Automation designs, builds, and maintains the scripts, workflows, automations, and AI-enabled tools that make the Enterprise Compliance team’s work faster, more consistent, and more scalable. Working side by side with other team members who investigate escalated client complaints, the Senior Analyst identifies repetitive, manual, and data-heavy tasks and builds solutions that automate or accelerate them, always within the company’s privacy, legal, information security, and compliance requirements. No prior compliance experience is required: regulatory and product knowledge will be developed on the job with the support of an experienced team. This role is well suited to someone who brings a strong technical toolkit, genuine curiosity about AI, and the motivation, autonomy, and drive to make a visible difference in a rapid-paced and constantly evolving environment.
