Silver Hotel Group is seeking a Sous Chef to elevate the food & beverage operations at our Valhalla Hotel & Conference Centre in Thunder Bay, Ontario. This hands-on leadership role supports the Executive Chef, trains staff, and ensures culinary excellence across banquets and restaurant service. You will lead daily kitchen operations, supervise prep and production, and drive quality control from recipes to plating while maintaining costs and safety standards.
