Spectrum Health Care is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator for its Mississauga office. You will support day-to-day HR operations, manage current hire paperwork, and maintain employee data in HRIS/Excel, coordinating with Finance and IT. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years HR admin experience, familiarity with ATS, and proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel. CHRP in progress is a plus; Spectrum values a diverse, supportive workplace.
