SUMMARY Under limited supervision, the Field Service supervisor functions as the lead of a field service team and oversees technicians to ensure their work is performed effectively. The Supervisor is involved in team decisions, hiring, training, and is required to make sure the team follows all SOP’s, KPI’s and Lean Six Sigma programs. JOB DUTIES Develops and implements best practices and procedures to enhance business growth. Manages service personnel to ensure they meet customer’s expectations and requirements. Ensures that every technician has the proper training and certifications to meet the needs of the job. Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel to specific jobs and duties. Ensures that service personnel are provided the proper equipment and tools needed to perform jobs correctly and safely.
