Howa Canada Manufacturing in Alliston, ON is hiring an Associate Leader to oversee production and training. The role focuses on maintaining standard work, safety and quality while coordinating with team members on the shop floor.
You will conduct regular audits, develop training plans for associates not meeting objectives, manage 5S, safety and Kaizen initiatives, and schedule manpower with over-time as needed to meet production goals. Experience in ERP/MRP and robust communication are essential.
