Coordinate pre-approvals for pending shipments
Vet and log Importer Security Filings (ISFs)
Track Full Container Loads and Less than Container Loads
Update Logistics Management Sheet accurately
Prepare shipping document bundles for warehouses Requirements:
3+ years of international logistics experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
