Vitalis seeks a Warehouse Materials Coordinator to enhance our inventory operations and support manufacturing effectiveness. This hybrid role encompasses both strategic inventory coordination and logistical support on the production floor.
In this agile position, your primary responsibility will involve liaising with Production and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability aligns with manufacturing schedules. You will utilize Odoo to maintain impeccable inventory records and oversee the workflow of materials between our facilities. A proactive approach will help mitigate production disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and coordinate materials for upcoming manufacturing needs • Address late or missing components proactively • Facilitate material staging and movement between locations • Maintain and rectify inventory records in Odoo • Lead cycle counting efforts and manage discrepancies
Requirements: • Minimum two years of experience in materials or inventory management • Strong skills in Excel and ERP systems • Proven organizational abilities • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset • Comfortable in both warehouse and office environments
