Bell is seeking a Director of MEP and Electrical Systems to lead national initiatives for its AI Fabric project. This role focuses on delivering advanced infrastructure solutions critical to data centre operations. As the Director, you will manage the strategic direction of mechanical and electrical systems across Bell’s AI Fabric data centres.

Your leadership will ensure that governance frameworks and technical standards are met, enabling cutting-edge developments in AI and energy systems. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll facilitate the growth of resilient infrastructure across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Direct the enterprise-wide MEP strategy nationally
Establish design bases for electrical systems
Lead major infrastructure program execution
Manage energy strategy and utility relationships
Capture and implement engineering best practices Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
Preferred P.Eng. designation
Over 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects
Background in energy systems and infrastructure delivery
Skills in stakeholder engagement and risk management Be a key leader in shaping Bell’s creative AI infrastructure landscape.
