Your responsibilities will span from conducting market analysis to facilitating seamless integrations of newly acquired companies, all while working within our supportive and team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify strategic acquisition targets
Develop financial models to support pricing decisions
Coordinate due diligence and risk assessments
Aid in drafting key investment documents
Assist with post-merger integration efforts and KPIs Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field like Finance
2 to 5 years of corporate development experience
Robust financial modeling and analytical expertise
