Shoreland Transport Inc.,a division of Cookeis currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 3 month contract in St. George, NB.

This is an exciting expansion opportunity for someone who loves to be hands‑on and personal with their customers. Handling customer requirements from start to finish.

This challenging prospect consists of
Building on and establishing customer relationships
Order entry, ensuring accurate and complete information is received.
Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments




Working closely with the operations team to ensure Customers On‑time delivery expectations are met or exceeded
Liaison between shippers, receivers, and operations to ensure delays and issues are communicated timely and efficiently
Accessorial charge management
Other duties as assigned

Candidates should have
Customer Service experience in the Transportation Industry considered an asset
Hours of Service and geographical knowledge
Transportation weights and measures
Experience with TruckMate (Maddox) considered an asset
