Your role involves cleaning, disinfecting, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere every day. As a Building Cleaner with Alliance Maintenance, you’ll focus on the cleanliness and presentation of both indoor and outdoor areas across Metro Vancouver. This full time position runs from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, where you will keep high-traffic zones spotless and compliant with sanitation standards.

Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in the team's success and upkeep of the properties we serve. Key Responsibilities:
Clean lobby, stairways, and hallways thoroughly
Vacuum and mop carpeted and tiled areas




Sanitize washrooms, gyms, and amenity rooms
Conduct exterior walk-throughs and litter pick-up
Maintain a customer-friendly attitude throughout Requirements:
Proficient communication in English
Reliable, punctual, and able to lift 20 lbs
Experience using cleaning equipment and chemicals
High school diploma or equivalent
