Provide leadership at our 16 element Challenge Course. Work within the Program Team to deliver energetic activities and challenge campers to challenge their own comfort zones

Experience:
At least one year of staff or Proságo experience
Must be a certified Medeba Climbing Instructor, a certified Medeba Ropes Course Instructor, and a certified Medeba Belayer or equivalent
Valuable communication and organizational skills
An aptitude for teaching.

Duties include:
Responsible for High Ropes, Giant Swing, Zipline, Vertical Team Challenge, and Team Building (Low Ropes)
Initiate, implement and lead an productive, quality and safety conscious ropes program, in accordance with the ACCT Standards and Medeba's Risk Management Manual
Provide expertise, experience and skills specific to the operation of the ropes areas
Evening program support
Member of the Program Team.
Must be able to work well with others and lead by example

Age Requirement: 19 years old
Honorarium: starts at $220/week
Length: 10 weeks
