Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Painter to join our Team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to vehicles, ensuring a flawless appearance and long-lasting protection. Responsibilities
Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Mix and match paints accurately to achieve the desired color and finish specifications
Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and other finishes using spray guns, brushes, or rollers with precision and consistency
Inspect painted surfaces for defects such as runs, drips, or uneven coverage; perform touch-ups as needed
Use hand tools and power tools to remove old paint, repair surface imperfections, and prepare vehicles for painting
Follow safety protocols by wearing appropriate protective gear and maintaining a clean work environment




Assist with heavy lifting of vehicle parts or panels when necessary to facilitate painting processes

Experience
Proven experience in automotive painting or related roles within a dealership or automotive repair shop
Robust mechanical knowledge of vehicle surfaces, bodywork, and repair techniques
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, spray guns, and other painting equipment
Prior experience working with automotive repair or body shop processes is highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during preparation or assembly tasks
Knowledge of dealership standards and automotive industry best practices is a plus
Mechanic experience or background in automotive repair enhances understanding of vehicle structures and surfaces

Pay: $1,200.00-$1,800.00 per week
