We are seeking an intermediate-level Construction Manager to support delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects. This position is intentionally targeted to experienced contractor-side professionals—such as Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, or early-career Superintendents—who are ready to broaden their responsibility and gain owner-side delivery experience. What You'll Be Doing Act as the Owner’s representative for defined construction scopes or site areas Coordinate contractors, inspectors, and internal technical teams Support construction sequencing, sitelogistics, and constructability planning Review RFIs, shop drawings, and field changes Monitor schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance Support progress reporting, issue tracking, and meeting coordination Assist with commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities This is a hands‑on, field‑engaged role with regular site presence. You will receive mentorship and technical support from senior construction managers and engineers. Who This Role Is For Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, or Project Managers from contractor organizations Early‑career Superintendents or field‑focused construction leads Professionals with approximately 8–10 years of construction experience Individuals looking to step into broader construction leadership without contractor commercial risk Qualifications Experience & Qualifications Required: Approximately 8–10 years of construction or project delivery experience Experience working for a contractor on civil, infrastructure, or industrial projects Robust understanding of construction methods, sequencing,



and safety Comfort working on active construction sites and interfacing with contractors Water, wastewater, utilities, or municipal infrastructure experience Experience working with municipalities or public owners A university degree is not required. A diploma, trade background, or equivalent practical experience is fully acceptable.
