Flooring Installers/Carpenters at On Side rebuild and restore damaged personal property anywhere and anytime a disaster strikes. With the goal of getting things back to a pre-disaster state, Flooring Carpenters focus on repairing existing flooring and installing recent. Compensation

Salary Range: $26-$28/hour

Overtime opportunities (where applicable)

What You’ll Do

Finishing work and fine details, rough and trim

Installing laminate, vinyl, hardwood flooring as well as carpet

Complete all flooring repairs

What You Bring

10+ years experience installing flooring

Experience in interior carpentry repairs is a strong asset

Attention to detail, passion for quality and pride in the work you do

Tools and the skills to use them

Strong people and communication skills

Ability to work independently or in a team

A safety mindset





Tech-savvy (comfortable using apps and software)

Valid drivers license

Ability to pass a criminal record check

Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken
