About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Operations Supervisor to manage and coordinate operational activities across their sites in the Northern Cape , based in Kimberley . This role is crucial for ensuring that all operational functions are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. You will lead a team of operational staff, monitor performance, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery. Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operational tasks and ensure smooth execution across assigned locations. Lead, train, and motivate the operational team to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards. Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Monitor operational efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for process improvements. Ensure effective resource management, including equipment and supplies,



to support operations. Liaise with management and other departments to coordinate operational activities and resolve issues. Requirements

Proven experience in an operations supervision or management role, preferably within a multi-site context. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of operational best practices and safety regulations. Ability to monitor performance metrics and implement improvements. A relevant qualification or extensive experience in operations is required. Benefits
