Overview
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your customer service skills and mechanical knowledge within a dynamic environment. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing vehicle repairs, providing accurate estimates, and upselling additional services to maximise customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and establish rapport to understand their vehicle concerns
Schedule appointments and coordinate repair work with the service team
Provide clear explanations of required repairs and maintenance to customers
Upsell additional services or products that meet customer needs while maintaining honesty and integrity
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, repairs, and service history
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns




Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Skills
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Mechanical knowledge or experience in automotive services is highly desirable
Proven ability in upselling services while maintaining customer trust
Competent in cash handling with attention to detail during transactions
Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, approachable demeanour with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
