Duties
Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and prepare sites for construction.
Assist with paving activities, including laying asphalt or concrete surfaces with precision and care.
Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and assembling structures under supervision.
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work setting for yourself and your teammates.
Support site cleanup and organization to maintain an efficient workflow throughout the project.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.




Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.

Experience
Prior construction experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with job site procedures and safety standards.
Experience operating heavy machinery or equipment used in construction projects is a solid advantage.
Knowledge of paving techniques and materials will help you excel in this role.
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while working independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks throughout long shifts.
Willingness to learn new skills related to construction processes and safety practices.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 8.0 per week
