La Casa Ouzeria Restaurant is an established family-owned Greek & Italian restaurant in Penticton, proudly serving authentic Greek and Italian cuisine since 1996.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced, skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! As a key player in our kitchen, you will bring your passion for food, precision, and efficiency to prepare and serve high quality dishes that delight our guests, and who is comfortable working in a rapid-paced, high-volume kitchen and takes pride in consistently preparing quality food.

The right candidate:
Has previous experience working as a Line Cook in a busy restaurant setting
Works efficiently and stays organized during high-volume service
Performs well under pressure and thrives when the kitchen gets busy
Has a strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Communicates clearly and works well with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Takes pride in cleanliness, food quality, presentation, and consistency
Has experience with meat preparation,



including cutting, trimming, marinating, portioning, and cooking various meats
Understands the importance of following recipes, procedures, and food-safety standards
Works quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality or becoming careless during busy service

We are looking for someone who takes pride in what they put on the plate and understands that every meal represents La Casa Ouzeria and the experience we provide to our guests.
