Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Door Assembler / Production Worker to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling doors with precision, operating various tools and equipment, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the production process.

The ideal candidate has hands-on carpentry experience and is comfortable working with tools and materials used in the manufacturing and assembly of wood and fiberglass doors.

Duties
Assemble prehung doors using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment according to specifications
Assemble and prepare wood and fiberglass doors according to specifications
Perform carpentry, woodworking, and door assembly tasks
Measure, cut, drill, and fit door components accurately
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently




Install door hardware and other components as required
Handle, move, and position doors and production materials safely
Inspect finished doors for quality, fit, and accuracy
Follow production instructions and workplace safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently as part of a production team

Qualifications
Previous carpentry or woodworking experience is required, 2 years experience required.
Experience with fiberglass doors or composite materials is an asset
Experience in door manufacturing, millwork, or production is an asset
Valuable understanding of measurements and carpentry techniques
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physically able to lift, carry, and maneuver doors and production materials
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work throughout the workday

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
