IBU is Calgary’s hottest recent Asian fusion restaurant, and we’re growing our kitchen team. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Line Cook who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen
Strong ability to work independently
Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
Experience in an Asian restaurant preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced service workplace
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must have your own knives

Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items to standard
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines




Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture
