Job Summary

The Placement Office is seeking dedicated Forklift Operators, Order Picker, and Raymond Reach Operator to join our energetic warehouse team.

this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory movement, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations using various equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, and Raymond reach trucks.

Your expertise will ensure accurate order picking, protected material handling, and seamless warehouse distribution processes.

Responsibilities
Operate forklifts, Raymond reach trucks, and clamp trucks safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse
Pick and pack customer orders accurately using warehouse management systems and order picking techniques
Load and unload shipments while adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and equipment operation
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical reliability and report any issues promptly
Maintain organized storage areas to optimize space utilization and facilitate quick retrieval of inventory
Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities




Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment
Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and improve warehouse workflows

Qualifications
Previous experience operating forklifts, Raymond reach trucks, or clamp trucks in a warehouse setting is a MUST
Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and inventory management systems
Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and order calculations
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) for order picking and inventory control
Solid attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment
Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
Must be able to pass Background check
