We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roof Repair Technician to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining residential roofing systems to ensure safety, durability, and quality. Your expertise will help protect properties from weather elements and extend the lifespan of roofing structures. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of roofs and/or attics to identify damage, leaks, etc.
Perform repairs such as replacing shingles, flashing, or other roofing materials with precision and attention to detail.
Utilize hand tools and construction experience to carry out tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Apply caulking and sealing techniques to prevent water intrusion and improve roof longevity.
Assist with heavy lifting of roofing materials, equipment, and debris safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and ensuring job sites are safe for team members and clients.
Leave notes in clients files on what repairs were done and any recommendations you have.
Take before and after pictures of repairs and/or inspections and upload to customer file.
Experience
Prior experience in roofing is mandatory.
Knowledge of roof repair techniques
Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly while maintaining proper safety standards.
Familiarity with blueprint reading and understanding technical diagrams related to roofing projects.
