Job Description

Pavilion is seeking a Landman to augment our team that is both highly skilled and results driven. The ideal candidate will know mineral land and contract analysis, together with aquisition practices within an oil and gas setting. Primary focus is in the Province of British Columbia. This position is part time, as a consultant not an employee.

Qualifications
Working knowledge of virtually all manner of joint venture contracts and verification of title, both working (or unit) interest and mineral title. Drafting skills will be key.
Experience with mineral rights postings and sale process in British Columbia.
Experience with title review procedures and veification processes.
Preparation and review of required land documentaion related to aquisition and disposition (assignments, schedules, divestitures)
Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.

Compensation comensurate with experience.

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
