Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Micros POS to ensure swift processing
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet standards
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, food prep stations, and service equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Assist in food preparation when needed,

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions efficiently
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Prior experience in serving or hospitality roles will help you excel in this energetic position
