Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at MBI Brands in Canada. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring efficient food service operations. Your contributions will help uphold our reputation for quality and service excellence.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food items according to company standards.
Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.




Uphold the brand's values and mission in every interaction.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience in food preparation or food service roles.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to operate POS systems; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Previous experience in a restaurant setting is an asset.
